Graffiti Removal Services

The City of Temple City is accepting proposals for graffiti removal services on private and public property within the City limits.

The work to be accomplished under these specifications is the removal of graffiti from various surfaces on private residential, commercial, and industrial structures and City structures within the City.  The City’s top goal is to have no graffiti visible throughout the City.

Deadline to submit proposals:  by 6 p.m. on September 30, 2010

In an effort to increase the City’s transparency and to create consistency both at the City  Council level as well as at the City Commission level  (i.e., Planning and Parks and Recreation), the City Council Ad-hoc Committee consisting of Mayor Pro Tem Tom Chavez and Council member Carl Blum have worked with the City Attorney to prepare the Draft City Council Protocols.   

During the August 3, 2010 City Council meeting, staff was asked to post a copy of the Draft City Council Protocols on the City website for the publics’ review and for the public to provide comments via email to Laura Valdivia at lvaldivia@templecity.us or at the City Council meetings of August 17th or September 7th as part of the public comments period.
