The City of Temple City takes great pride in the appearance of our neighborhoods.  Therefore, when unsightly graffiti threatens the aesthetics of our city, we do our best to remove the graffiti in a most expeditious manner.  However, the City cannot combat the problem of graffiti alone.  We need the help of our community!

Temple City has contracted with a new company, Graffiti Control Systems, for graffiti removal services.

To report graffiti for removal you may call the 24-hour graffiti hotline at
(800) 794-7384 or by sending an e-mail to request@graffiticontrol.com.

Prior to having graffiti removed from private property, the City and Graffiti Control Systems must have written authorization from the property owner, business owner, or resident to remove the graffiti.  Please send completed authorization forms to Graffiti Control Systems by e-mail at request@graffiticontrol.com or by fax at (818) 764-2516.  Once written authorization is obtained, it remains on file for future removal.  Once reported, graffiti is removed within 24 hours.

If you observe a crime in progress, please immediately call the Sheriff's Department by dialing 9-1-1.  If you believe that the situation is not an emergency or does not require an immediate response, please call the regular business line at (626) 285-7171.

Signed authorization forms may be returned to the Community Development Department located at City Hall, 9701 Las Tunas Drive.  Business  hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Please contact the Community Development Department if you have any questions or concerns regarding graffiti removal.
