While scheduling conflicts can often prevent community members from personally attending meetings at City Hall,  the City remains committed to keeping residents connected and up to date on the latest developments in local affairs.

Check here regularly for new postings on meetings by City Council and various advisory boards. You can access meeting agendas, minutes, webcasts, audio files, public notices, etc.

NOTE Meeting agendas and other related items are provided as a public service only. The official posting area for all official City public meetings is the bulletin board located outside the Council Chambers, 5938 Kauffman Ave. Those notices are viewable 24/7 and posted 72 hours in advance for regularly scheduled meetings, and 24 hours prior to special meetings.
