PROGRAMS
Temple City Parks & Recreation
Department plans and provides transit services and related projects
utilizing Los Angeles County Proposition A funds.
Transportation programs offered include Dial-A-Ride, the sale of MTA
bus passes and tokens at a reduced rate for residents (living within
the City limits), recreation
excursions for all ages and bus shelter maintenance. Click on MTA

Dial-A-Ride provides low cost transportation for senior citizens (60
years & over) and for persons with a disability. Rides are provided
throughout Temple City for any purpose and to Arcadia, El Monte,
Rosemead and San Gabriel for medical appointments, government
facilities, churches, adult day care facilities and convalescent
homes for Temple City residents. Rides for approved
unincorporated county areas may receive travel from cardholders home
address into the City of Temple City only. Additional information

Bus passes are sold to Temple City residents ONLY with
required proof of residency from
the 25th of the month to the 10th of the following month.
