Online Parking Permit Application

**UPDATE 06/30/2021:

Due to the Corona/Covid 19 Virus, the City is temporarily suspending enforcement of overnight parking regulations.  Enforcement of the City’s overnight parking rules will begin on October 5, at 2:00 a.m.  The City mailed renewal notices on June 29, 2021.  

The online parking permit application form may be used to apply for a new annual or monthly overnight parking permit, or to renew an existing permit. Please come in to City Hall if you need to replace or transfer an existing permit - do not apply online.  Click here to make an appointment to come into City Hall.  

Online Application Process

Step 1 - Review the parking permit information on the next page.

Step 2 - Complete the online application including uploading photos or scans of registration for all vehicles at the residence.

Step 3 - The City will review your application to determine whether you are eligible for a permit and whether all required documents have been submitted.

Step 4 - The City will send you an email to notify you whether you qualify for the permit and whether additional information is needed.

Step 5 - If your permit application is approved, the City will send you a PayPal invoice via email to pay for your permit. If you have requested to pay by check, the City will send you an email requesting that you mail your check.

Step 6 - Once payment is received, the City will mail your permit sticker.
