Did you ever want to complete a 5K or even a 10K? Well, get those running shoes out because this challenge is for you! This month’s Healthy TC challenge is to complete a 5K or 10K at your own pace, meaning you can either walk, jog, or run.
The Challenge will begin Friday, October 1st and continue until Friday, October 29th. The walking/running log must be submitted by Friday, October 29th, 2 p.m. Participants will receive a Runner’s Bib when registration is complete. The first 10 participants to enroll in this month’s challenge will receive a stylish Walking Reflective Waist pack that can fit your phone as well as a water bottle!
Complete and submit your log by Friday, October 29th at 2 p.m.
Tracking and Submitting Activities
Participants will be responsible for tracking their distance completed with the provided Runners Log and submitting the log by Friday, October 29th at 2 p.m. Results will be on the honor system. To submit the log you can either scan or send a picture to Rubi Ramos, Senior Recreation Leader, at email@example.com.
Once completed, participants will receive a medal.
To Enter the Raffle
Complete and submit your walking/running log by Friday, October 29th at 2p.m to Rubi Ramos, Senior Recreation Leader at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation within 1-2 business days. The raffle will take place via Zoom on Tuesday, November 2nd at 6:00 p.m.
