When my neighbor smokes his weed then smell of it seeps in my house. What concerns me is that the smell comes through on the side of the house where all the bedrooms are. My toddlers room reeks of...

When my neighbor smokes his weed then smell of it seeps in my house. What concerns me is that the smell comes through on the side of the house where all the bedrooms are. My toddlers room reeks of pot smell and honestly there is nothing I can do about this. Thank goodness my kids are at their grandparents tonight but if they were home the kids might be having headaches like my wife and myself.
I am terrified at the idea that my toddlers and their 8 month old brother might inhale the fumes. Kids should/must not be exposed to second hand smoke of pot.
Smokers should smoke in the privacy of their home. Not the yard or in public. Inside the house so that the smoke and odor will be restricted to the users residence.
The smokers have the right to smoke but others should not be punished with foul sinus irritating smell/smoke.

Temple City is filled with the new generation, and many of the old. But what’s always been hard to come to terms with for the youth of TC is the fact that they make discoveries of who they are but don’t know how to be open with someone about it because they’re scared. Our own Temple City High School may provide a club and sure that provides a place where you can be around peers your age that are like you. But seeing an adult who has been themselves for years now, that is an inspiring feeling to know that you can be like them and say “I’m going to be alright, because if they can be themselves, then I can be myself.” Now it takes time to plan these things and I know with Covid-19 it’s definitely gonna be impossible for awhile, but that’s fine. We let our town recuperate from the pandemic, and let life get back in place, but I highly suggest that the town needs to start doing some more thinking about representation for our youth.

It'd be great to have a local dogpark located in the residential area. I've noticed many in the neighborhood have dogs. And from what I remember the annual clinic at TC park for vaccinations, microchipping, and dog licenses would bring many dog owners out. I think a dog park would do the same! It could promote community engagement in TC. Similar to the Fletcher Dog Park in El Monte.
